Yanmar holds YANMAR FESTIVAL 2026 in Sisaket to showcase new agricultural machinery

Yanmar S.P. Co., Ltd. organised “YANMAR FESTIVAL 2026” under the concept “Happy Farming Innovation for Thai Farmers, for a Sustainable Future”, kicking off the first leg from 17 to 18 October 2026 at the activity grounds of Thai Watsadu in Sisaket province. Anurat Thammaprajamjit, Governor of Sisaket province, presided over the opening ceremony to give local farmers access to modern agricultural machinery and technology from Yanmar and its partners.

At the event, Yanmar displayed a wide range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, combine harvesters and sugarcane harvesters, covering every stage from soil preparation to harvesting. Drawing particular interest were the new EF725A and YM241A models, as well as the CLAAS ARION 640C tractor, allowing attending farmers to experience the actual products and seek advice from specialists on selecting machinery suited to their crop types and land conditions.

Precision agricultural technology from partners

Yanmar partnered with Chia Tai and XAG Thailand to present comprehensive farm management solutions covering major economic crops such as rice, sugarcane, cassava and maize. Key highlights included XAG agricultural drones and a smart steering system, or auto steering, which help increase operational precision in the field and manage labour more efficiently.

Alongside the machinery and technology showcase, the event featured a discussion stage where government representatives and executives from Yanmar and Chia Tai discussed the direction of modern agriculture. It also included a community farmers’ market offering products from local entrepreneurs at special prices to expand sales channels for the community, along with a mini-concert by Lamyai Haithongkham to entertain attendees and their families.

Event schedule and upcoming tour locations

The company previously held YANMAR FESTIVAL 2025 to a positive reception, prompting it in 2026 to expand the event format into a hub of knowledge and agricultural solutions connecting every stage of production, accompanied by Yanmar Best Care after-sales service. The event is scheduled to continue touring other areas as follows:
