Mindfulness Practice to Build a Mindset Foundation for Innovators
The first activity was a workshop titled Innovative Mindfulness: From Inner Peace to New Possibilities, led by Dr Nattavut Kulnides, Chief Executive Officer of ADGES. The content focused on allowing participants to take a break from external chaos and turn inward to explore body and mind through mindful awareness of breathing. The speaker pointed out that high-potential innovators must remain firmly grounded in the present moment. Mindfulness practice helps create space between stimulus and response, enabling personnel to manage their emotions and make careful decisions amidst uncertainty.
Furthermore, Dr Nattavut shared perspectives on becoming a Transformative Innovator who seamlessly integrates advancements in technology with an understanding of humanity. In an era where everyone has easy access to AI, what truly differentiates humans is mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion. Sustainable innovation therefore arises from the desire to uplift the lives of people in society for the better, measuring success through the creation of intellectual value and lasting peace rather than KPI figures alone.
Applying LEGO Bricks to Reflect on Mindsets and Collaboration
The second part of the activities was a workshop titled Dance with the Beast: Real-Time Strategy for a World That Won't Stand Still, conducted by Narudee Kristhanin, Founder and Chief of Play, together with Dr Louis Kristhanin, CEO of Eureka Global. Participants were given the task of building the tallest tower out of LEGO bricks on a black baseplate and placing a small human figure at the top of the tower within a few minutes. This task encouraged learners to translate their imagination into a physical piece without worrying about a fixed answer. Each tower, with its distinct appearance, reflected how the same brief can lead to diverse possibilities.
A notable aspect of this activity was the use of the Metaphor process, comparing the built pieces to represent workplace problems and frustrations referred to as the Beast. Arranging the bricks piece by piece and listening to colleagues' stories helped each person deeply reflect on their own thoughts and feelings. Participants practised listening to their own inner voice and opening their minds to the different perspectives of those around them. The supportive atmosphere within the training room helped build resilience and confidence in dealing with constant change.
Artwork on Recycled Materials and Sustainable Social Opportunities
The third part of the activities involved creating art for mental restoration, where autistic artists shared techniques for painting on magnetic picture frames made from recycled paper pulp with more than 150 participants. This activity reflected the success of a collaboration spanning over 15 years between True and the Thai foundation for autistic individuals in using digital systems to promote learning. Skill development has progressed from creating the Autistic Application to establishing the Autistic Digital Learning Center, or ADLC, connecting learners to vocational training and sustainable self-reliance.
The content of all 3 workshop sessions at CP Innovation Exposition 2026 demonstrated that driving the economy and society requires the creative power of humans who understand themselves and others. Information on these activity formats is therefore of interest to event organizer professionals in the MICE sector and hotel personnel looking for ways to design seminar training or corporate staff development activities. In addition, it is suitable for travellers and those interested in attending exhibitions at True Digital Park to find new inspiration for their work.
