Frequently asked questions

What do I need to submit a press release?

A headline, the story text or raw details, your brand name, a contact email, one cover image at a recommended 1200 by 675 pixels, and up to three further images. If the release is not written yet, send the raw details and our desk will write it.

What image size should I send?

We recommend 1200 by 675 pixels, a 16 by 9 ratio, at least 1200 pixels wide, up to 10 MB per file. JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC from an iPhone all work. We resize, straighten and strip location data from the files for you.

Will my text be edited?

If you choose to publish as written, we only fix layout and typos. We do not change the content, prices, dates or executive quotes. If you ask us to write it, the desk drafts the release from your details and sends it back for approval before publishing.

Can I include a link to my own site?

Yes. Every story carries one link, and you choose the button text, for example Book online, See the offer or Register now. It appears under the story and points straight at your site. We never strip it out.
