Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar at Shangri-La Bangkok is set to host a culinary pop-up in collaboration with Conca del Sogno, the renowned seaside restaurant from Nerano, from 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027. This collaboration aims to bring the flavours of southern Italy and a lively beachside leisure atmosphere to the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. The Tizzani Family Seafood Legacy from the Amalfi Coast
The story of Conca del Sogno began in 1961 when the Tizzani family opened a small trattoria, before developing it into a seafood restaurant, beach club and boutique hotel that the founding family continues to manage independently to this day. The venue is located in a private bay at Recommone Beach in Nerano on the Amalfi Coast, noted for its clear blue waters and warm hospitality.
