IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Launches 'Khai Pham' Watermeal Menu Promotion From 179 Baht

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., the operator of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, is organising a restaurant promotion featuring special dishes made from watermeal (Khai Pham), a local Thai superfood nicknamed green caviar, bringing together three affiliated restaurants to create a total of eight dishes spanning both international styles and halal Thai cuisine. Halal Thai Dishes at Thonglor Thai Cuisine

Thonglor Thai Cuisine on the 2nd floor lobby of the Challenger building, which operates only on event days, offers three halal-standard Thai dishes incorporating watermeal: Fried Chicken Wings Stir-Fried with Chilli and Watermeal, Southern-Style Seafood Curry with Watermeal, and Watermeal Khanom Kho, a traditional Thai dessert filled with medium-mature coconut stir-fried in a brass pan. All are prepared by experienced chefs within the IMPACT group so that customers who eat halal food can also access the watermeal dishes.
