IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Shares Exhibition Concepts to Expand Business for SMEs
IMPACT Exhibition Management welcomed the Big Brother Season 10 delegation to share insights into Thailand's MICE business and tour its service areas on 27 October 2026.
IMPACT Exhibition Management, led by Chief Executive Officer Paul Kanjanapas, opened its doors to welcome a delegation of entrepreneurs from the Big Brother Season 10 programme (the "Older Brother Helps Younger Brother" mentorship initiative), organised by the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand, on 27 October 2026 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. The visit was organised to pass on practical business management knowledge to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) participating in the continuous one-year capability development programme. Activities during the event included a special lecture by a senior executive alongside an on-site study tour of the integrated service system to sustainably expand commercial opportunities.
Exploring the Potential of the MICE Industry and Turning Exhibitions into Business Opportunities
The first part of the welcome session began with Paul Kanjanapas, as CEO of the organisation, sharing his perspectives and direct experience under the topic "The MICE EFFECT : UNLOCKING BUSINESS POTENTIAL THROUGH EXHIBITIONS" (The Power of MICE: Turning Exhibitions into Business Opportunities). The core content highlighted that organising exhibitions is not merely about providing space to display products, but also serves as a vital mechanism of Thailand's MICE industry that connects trade networks and builds new business partnerships. Participating entrepreneurs therefore learned how to leverage large-scale trade platforms to expand their customer base and enhance their own competitiveness.
This collaboration is an integral part of the Big Brother Season 10 programme, whose primary goal is to systematically connect leading national organisations with SME entrepreneurs. Throughout the one-year duration of the programme, mentor companies transfer knowledge and expertise while providing close consultation to help solve business challenges and lay the foundation for long-term growth. Exchanging knowledge with executives of a national-level venue thus helps entrepreneurs see the broader market picture and adapt to meet customer demands.
Study Tour of Operational Service Areas and Management Systems within IMPACT Muang Thong Thani
In addition to hearing management insights, the delegation of entrepreneurs visited operational areas and key business units on site within Muang Thong Thani. Participants studied the management approach of the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani exhibition and convention centre alongside food and beverage operations such as IMPACT Culinary and the service area The Lake Club. The programme also included a tram tour of the surrounding area to learn how services are developed and how diverse business operations are connected to create sustainable growth.
