TISTR Showcases 2 Flowering and Ornamental Plant Projects
The Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research is presenting 2 projects in the exhibition at this event. The first is a project to enhance the production and cultivation potential of flowering and ornamental plants across various regions of Thailand using the BCG Economy Model, which is displayed in the flowering and ornamental plants zone.
The second is flowering and ornamental plant innovation from the Inno Flora Hub, which compiles knowledge on plant breeding and the commercial development of Thai flowering and ornamental plants, reflecting the approach of using science and technology to support the agricultural sector in generating greater added value.
This event is of interest to tourists looking for a new check-in destination in the Northeast region from winter through early summer, event organisers and entrepreneurs interested in expanding flowering and ornamental plant businesses, as well as hotel staff in Udon Thani Province who will benefit from the influx of tourists travelling to visit the event over the course of more than 4 months.
