Vietjet Thailand and CPF Serve Roasted Duck Red Curry Spaghetti on Sky Café for 180 Baht
Vietjet Thailand partners with CPF and Chef Nick of Wang Hinghoi to launch Roasted Duck Red Curry Spaghetti on Sky Café for 180 baht on all flights starting today.
Vietjet Thailand, in partnership with Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF), has launched a new dish, "Roasted Duck Red Curry Spaghetti", on its Sky Café in-flight dining service. Created by Chef Nick Nattapol Pavapaiboon, chef and founder of Wang Hinghoi restaurant, the dish is served on all domestic and international flights from 15 October onwards, priced at 180 baht.
Pinyot Pibulsonggram, Vice President of Commercial and Customer Service at the airline, stated that this collaboration builds on the Enjoy Flying concept, which aims to elevate the in-flight experience through dining services rather than merely transporting passengers to their destination.
From Fine Dining Restaurant to In-Flight Menu
Chef Nick explained that the dish was developed under the East Meets West concept by combining roasted duck red curry, a signature dish of Wang Hinghoi restaurant, with spaghetti. The sauce coating the pasta uses rich Thai curry paste complemented by tender roasted duck meat, with the recipe adapted to suit onboard preparation and service.
For CPF, Supara Sriboon, Director of Domestic Trading Business, said that this collaboration builds upon existing dishes that have already been well received by passengers, such as Chicken Teriyaki with Rice, Stir-Fried Holy Basil Chicken with Rice, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Pork Boat Noodles.

The duck meat used in this dish comes from CP and undergoes a safety-controlled production process, offering a firm texture that is high in protein, clean, and safe for consumers. Passengers can pre-order the dish up to 48 hours before departure, and it is also available to order on all of the airline's domestic and international flights.
