Ruen Ton Teams Up with Kua Kai Ai Khrao for Special Noodles from THB 190

Ruen Ton Restaurant at Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok has partnered with Chef Oat, Suphansapong Kulchanarom, owner of the renowned street food shop Kua Kai Ai Khrao, to launch an exclusive stir-fried noodle menu available nowhere else. It is being served from today until 30 December 2026 at Ruen Ton Restaurant in the heart of the Silom district, with prices starting from THB 190++ per plate.

Ruen Ton is a Thai-Chinese restaurant that has been operating for nearly 50 years. This time, the hotel's Executive Chef, Chef Pu, Anurak Khunnonyang, teamed up with Chef Oat to develop a new stir-fried noodle recipe, using fresh noodles and a wok-searing technique that gives the dish a distinctive smoky aroma, combined with the familiar flavours Ruen Ton has long been known for.

Newly Created Stir-Fried Noodle Dishes

The recommended dish is Ruen Ton Seafood Kua Noodles, combining fresh crab meat, sea bass, crispy squid, sea prawns and fish maw, stir-fried with flat rice noodles over high heat until fragrantly charred. This is followed by Salt and Pepper Chicken Kua Noodles, which adds a mellow saltiness and bold spiciness to the traditional chicken kua recipe. For those seeking the original flavour, the classic chicken noodle recipe from Kua Kai Ai Khrao is also available to order.

Ruen Ton's Other Signature Dishes Still on the Menu

In addition to the special kua chicken menu, Ruen Ton Restaurant continues to offer a full à la carte selection of Thai-Chinese dishes, including freshly made dim sum, Peking duck, suckling pig, and Ruen Ton's own Khao Man Kai (chicken rice), which has previously received a Bib Gourmand award from the Michelin Guide Thailand. What makes this collaboration special is Chef Oat himself, who won an Elimination Challenge round on Top Chef Thailand and received the champion-level three golden spoon award from The Spoon, Thailand's top street food awards.
