IMPACT Welcomes Two Premium Vegetarian Styles at HEI YIN and Hong Kong Fisherman
IMPACT invites vegetarian food enthusiasts to taste premium menus from two famous Chinese restaurants, serving various healthy dishes from 8 to 18 October 2026.
IMPACT Exhibition Management is preparing to welcome the Vegetarian Festival in 2026 by offering a premium vegetarian dining experience for everyone, assigning two leading affiliated Chinese restaurants to co-create special menus for this occasion. Those who wish to maintain their health and cleanse their bodies can travel to taste the delicious dishes at HEI YIN and Hong Kong Fisherman, respectively. Each restaurant has prepared more than 30 vegetarian items, focusing on meticulously cooking with natural ingredients to meet the needs of modern consumers.
Authentic Cantonese-style vegetarian menus from HEI YIN
HEI YIN, located on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village shopping centre, presents vegetarian food under the concept of ingredient purity. The restaurant adheres to Cantonese cooking principles that emphasise balance, flavour, and the promotion of good health simultaneously. The highlight this year is the use of premium grade Yamabushitake mushrooms, which have a firm, soft, and fluffy texture, cooked into various outstanding dishes. Interesting recommended dishes include vegetarian Yamabushitake mushrooms in red gravy and Yamabushitake mushrooms in black pepper sauce. In addition, there are vegetarian goldfish dumplings in pumpkin soup with a thin, soft wrapper, stir-fried five nuts in a taro nest that provides a perfectly crunchy and rich taste, and vegetarian Dong Po pork with preserved mustard greens and steamed buns that offers a smooth texture. The meal concludes perfectly with hot assorted beans in longan syrup.
Original Hong Kong vegetarian food at Hong Kong Fisherman
For those who prefer Hong Kong-style Chinese food flavours, Hong Kong Fisherman at the lobby of Building 12, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, has prepared intensely flavoured vegetarian dishes to welcome diners. Interesting dishes include vegetarian bamboo pith and shiitake mushroom seaweed soup, vegetarian Sichuan wonton soup, and stir-fried French beans and king oyster mushrooms with truffle mushroom sauce. Those who like spicy food can choose to eat vegetarian Sichuan tofu and aubergine clay pot, served hot with a fragrant aroma. As for snacks, the restaurant also has many options, whether it is vegetarian har gow, vegetarian fun guo, vegetarian rice noodle rolls, vegetarian turnip cake, including deep-fried glutinous rice flour with vegetarian chicken filling. Every dish excellently maintains the identity of having a thin wrapper and a generous filling in every bite.
