YOTEL, the global hotel brand focusing on design and technology, is preparing to open the 250-room YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit on 15 October 2026 within the Cloud 11 development in the South Sukhumvit district of Bangkok. This is the brand's first hotel in Thailand and the first hotel to open within this development, catering to both travellers and creative professionals.
The brand's 24th hotel and the first in Asia under Select by Hilton
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit is YOTEL's 24th hotel globally and the fourth in Asia. It is also the first YOTEL in Asia under Select by Hilton, a new platform by Hilton that YOTEL was the first brand to join after signing a franchise agreement in March 2026.
YOTEL continues to manage and develop the brand independently, but participating hotels will connect to the Hilton Honors loyalty programme, as well as Hilton's distribution systems and technology platforms.
Rooms and services available to guests
Guests can self-check-in 24 hours a day, taking less than one minute. Rooms are equipped with a SmartBed™ that adjusts from a bed to a sofa at the touch of a button, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, a SmartTV, mood lighting, a rain shower, Urban Jungle bath products, and a mini-fridge.
The hotel features a robot assistant that delivers drinking water, towels, and amenities to the room door. The lobby team is available 24 hours a day to recommend restaurants and places of interest in the nearby area.
Restaurants, bars, and facilities
YOTEL Swim Club features an outdoor swimming pool and a pool bar, while the fitness centre is open 24 hours. Komyuniti is a space combining an all-day dining restaurant serving Thai and international food from breakfast to dinner with areas for working and socialising. It includes two meeting rooms and a bar for cocktails, connecting directly to Cloud 11. Grab + Go offers drinks and snacks 24 hours a day.
Fatty’s rooftop bar and a restaurant on the 23rd floor will open in November 2026, offering panoramic views of both Cloud 11 and Bangkok. Further details will be announced closer to the actual opening.

Cloud 11 is a development with an investment of over 20 billion baht, comprising content production studios, recording studios, a gallery, event spaces, a cinema, sports and wellness areas, offices, and retail spaces. It is conceptualised around 11 Passion Engines: food, fashion, film, music, dance, art, sports and wellness, gaming, content creation, festivals, and an Urban Park.
The hotel connects to the BTS Skytrain via a 300-metre skywalk and is located 2.3 kilometres from BITEC, with convenient travel to Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports.
