Spanish-style tapas appetisers

Throughout the two-hour event, guests can savour an unlimited variety of tapas, starting with fried Padron peppers and Iberico ham croquettes, which are renowned dishes in Spanish cuisine. This is followed by a dense Spanish omelette or tortilla, and gazpacho, a cold tomato soup that brings out a refreshing flavour.

Additionally, there is tuna tartare, a boldly flavoured raw tuna dish, Spanish-style meatballs, and gambas al ajillo, or sizzling prawns pan-fried in olive oil with garlic, which is a popular dish in tapas bars across Spain.
