Siam Center Concludes Successful Young Fashion Trade Show BIFW 2026

Siam Center hosted Bangkok International Fashion Week 2026 under the Visionary Stage to open a space for a fashion trade show by young designers across Thailand. The event was held from 1 to 4 October 2026 at Siam Center, with the aim of presenting design works that build upon local culture into contemporary fashion. The event was heavily attended by students, artists, and the general public throughout the four days.

Works from young designers and special collections

This year's presentation was held under the concept NEXT TH-PHENOMENON, reflecting a reinterpretation of Thainess from a new perspective in line with modern society. Works from students across 13 institutions nationwide deeply presented local identities, whether it be Southern batik fabric, Northeastern rituals, or Northern Lanna culture. Every element was conveyed through silhouettes and craftsmanship details that fit perfectly into the modern world. In addition, there was a special collection named Thailand Thai Roed, a collaboration between Siam Center and Epson, presenting patterns inspired by street food, temple fairs, and Muay Thai, integrating digital printing technology to promote the future of sustainable fashion.

Artists join the runway to add colour

Throughout the four days of the event, famous artists and actors continuously joined the runway to add colour to the stage. The first day of the event launched with artists from Sonray Music such as Jung T, a member of BUS, and Tad, a member of ATLAS from XOXO Entertainment, including Max and Nat from Domundi. The following day also featured artists from BEC Music such as Niya Makila, along with numerous artists from Dee Hup House and ONE MUSIC modelling the apparel. The gathering of these young celebrities helped create excitement and attracted fanclubs to fill up the event space.

Aside from the students' works, this stage also showcased works from many interesting Thai brands. Attendees experienced works from Black Beetle in collaboration with Mohhomphrae, including brands such as Heritage and Kanhom. Furthermore, Sleeping Cloud and Kiera Selbe joined the exhibition to reinforce the potential of Thai designers who are ready to step onto the international level. This event is therefore an important space that provides young people the opportunity to fully express their creativity.
