MJets reveals behind-the-scenes Private Aviation teams in People of MJets campaign

MJets, a private aircraft service provider, launched a campaign called "People of MJets" on 22 October 2026, sharing the stories of the various teams working behind the scenes of its Private Aviation flight services, from flight planning and maintaining aircraft readiness to resolving immediate situations that arise during a journey, to reflect that the smooth operation of every flight begins with the people working behind the scenes.

Business aviation industry confidence improves in Asia-Pacific

The Asian Sky Quarterly report for Q2 2026 states that operator confidence across the business aviation industry in the Asia-Pacific region rose markedly from 70.2% in the first quarter of the same year to 86.4% in the second quarter. Meanwhile, the proportion of operators planning to purchase additional aircraft increased for the fifth consecutive quarter to reach 78.4%.

Bangkok and Phuket remain key destinations for business flights in the region

Cumulative flight data over the 12 months up to Q2 2026 shows that Bangkok recorded a total of 2,952 outbound business aircraft flights, ranking second highest in Southeast Asia after Singapore and sixth in Asia. Phuket recorded 743 outbound flights and maintained seventh place in Southeast Asia. These figures reflect that Thailand continues to serve as a destination supporting both business travel and high-end tourism.

Behind every smooth flight are multiple teams solving unique challenges daily

An MJets maintenance executive explained that behind every flight a customer experiences as smooth is thorough aircraft preparation from pre-departure through to the final destination, because conditions on each mission can always change, and the team's goal is to enable passengers to travel with confidence without having to worry about those details.

Meanwhile, the company's head of Charter sales shared that no two days are alike for the team because customer requirements can change at any time. Sometimes requests arrive at short notice just a few hours before departure, requiring the team to make quick decisions and coordinate with all parties to find the best solution within limited time, ensuring passengers experience only a smooth journey.

In addition to the sales and maintenance teams, the Trip Support and Operations teams monitor weather conditions, airspace closures, airport regulations, documentation and flight permits in each country, while the Technical and CAMO teams continuously oversee the technical status and airworthiness of the aircraft so that every detail is thoroughly checked before each departure.

MJets highlights the concept that people are the heart of premium service

MJets stated that in 2026 the company continues to expand its role in the region, affirming that no matter how far technology or aircraft advance, what brings every element together seamlessly remains the decision-making and coordination of the people working behind the scenes. The People of MJets campaign was therefore created to share true stories of personnel across various disciplines through real events in the world of Private Aviation, with ongoing stories available via the MJets Instagram channel.

This is of interest to MICE organisers and businesses that arrange private aircraft travel for executives or key clients, as well as hotel and high-end tourism professionals catering to Private Aviation travellers, and those following the direction of the business aviation industry in the region.
