Lesmo Plus to Host SIP & SOUND Festival at ALOM ARI in Ari, Tickets from 200 Baht

Lesmo Plus, a property developer, is preparing to hold the SIP & SOUND music, art and food festival to open up its ALOM ARI housing project on Soi Supparat 1 in the Ari area, allowing those interested to experience the real living atmosphere. The event will run for three days, from 23 to 25 October 2026, from 15:00 to 22:00. Attendees will be able to enjoy drinks, live music, handicrafts and food from restaurants in the Ari area, with entry tickets priced from 200 Baht.

This event stems from the intention of Lesmo Plus to turn visits to the housing project into an opportunity to experience the real environment. Bell Wongsindaosai, Co-Founder of Lesmo Plus, stated that the project did not want buyers to have to imagine life in the house from photographs or a show unit, so it opened its doors for everyone to spend time together in the simple, warm way of life of people in Ari. Event Details and Ticket Prices for SIP & SOUND

Tickets are divided into four types according to the form of participation. Early Bird and Regular tickets include one event ticket, 3 tokens, and one wine glass from Lucaris worth 450 Baht. The Team ticket for 5 people includes 15 tokens and five wine glasses from Lucaris, while the Walk-in ticket purchased at the venue includes 1 token, with additional glasses available for purchase at 300 Baht.
