ibis and Novotel Bangkok IMPACT host a charity aerobics night on 8 October 2026 for students in Mae Hong Son

ibis Bangkok IMPACT, together with Novotel Bangkok IMPACT and GROOVE & GREENS Café, hosts iCare Charity Aerobics 2026, an outdoor aerobics session led by Coach Pae on Thursday 8 October 2026, 17:00-18:30, at the outdoor area of ibis Bangkok IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani. Residents of Muang Thong Thani, the surrounding condominiums, Nonthaburi and anyone who wants to help are welcome.

Entry is 199 THB per person. It is a non-profit event: all funds go to iCare Thailand Foundation to build a dormitory for students in Mae Hong Son.

90 minutes with Coach Pae, all levels welcome

The main session is 90 minutes of aerobics with Coach Pae. No dance experience is needed. Come in comfortable clothes, or go all out in fancy dress: there is a prize for the best fancy costume.

There is also a lucky draw with a dining voucher at GROOVE & GREENS Café as the grand prize. The draw is open to guests who checked in at the event and are present when the winner is drawn.

What every participant receives

Every participant receives a 30% food E-voucher at GROOVE & GREENS Café, valid on the event day only, and an InBalance Fitness by Novotel One Day Pass, valid from 8 October to 30 November 2026.

Companies and organisations can support the cause: every 199 THB equals 1 place, with a thank-you sign and a spot on the Top Supporters board. Participants can also invite friends, and each friend who signs up adds to the inviter's Top Supporters score.
