The afternoon programme on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at Grand Hall, 3rd Floor, True Digital Park, West Wing, begins with a Beyond Connectivity perspective by Sigve Brekke, Group Chief Executive Officer of True Corporation and Chairman of the Charoen Pokphand Group Buaban Innovation Exposition 2026. The talk on the topic AI Transformation = You and I Transformation will highlight that transitioning to the AI era is a mission for all leaders and personnel to discover new business opportunities and adapt their ways of working. In addition, executives from AWS, Huawei, Microsoft and Alibaba Cloud will join to outline the direction of technology, alongside a Panel Talk stage titled The New Frontier of Technology in Action featuring experts from AGIBOT, OYMotion, GalaxySpace and IBM Thailand, who will exchange perspectives on intelligent robotics, quantum systems and space advancements.
The event also features 9 booths showcasing projects by True Corporation innovators who developed creative concepts into solutions for business, social and environmental challenges, winning the Chairman Awards. Visitors can speak directly with the developers of projects such as Corgie: AI Rehab Robot for Zero-Contact Therapy, a contactless physiotherapy assistant robot, and the EnergySense system, which uses AI to manage energy in telecommunications networks without affecting service quality. Also featured are the Wong-WAI system, Thailand's first corporate reputation risk prediction platform, and smart AI Computer Vision cameras for real-time in-store visual analysis to enhance management efficiency.
Smart Living and Physical AI Robotics Exhibition Areas on the 1st to 2nd Floors
On the 1st Floor of the West Wing building, the True Intelligence Infrastructure: Powering an AI-Driven Future zone integrates communications networks, cloud systems, big data management and AI across 3 living innovations. These begin with Ambient Intelligence, a contactless sensing system that analyses movement, heart rate, breathing rate and sleep patterns, and sends emergency fall alerts for household members. Next is the Smart Try-On smart mirror for virtually trying on clothes via a digital screen without changing actual outfits, alongside the TrueOnline Home Next smart home system, which connects device control, security systems and entertainment via the TrueX Home Hub with a Thai-language voice assistant named Ami.
On the 2nd Floor of the West Wing building, the Experience Center, Digital and AI Research and Innovation Center by True presents Physical AI capable of communicating, moving and operating in the real world. The space is divided into 4 prototype robot zones: Embodied Reception, a visitor reception robot, and Intelligent Brand Ambassador, an AI system that provides information and service recommendations to customers naturally. There are also Autonomous Worker, an autonomous robot for real-world field operations, and Human Augmentation, which combines AI, neural systems and robotic mechanisms to expand human capabilities.
This event is suitable for hotel professionals, hospitality operators and retailers looking to study the application of reception robots, storefront visual analysis systems or contactless safety monitoring systems to elevate their services. Meanwhile, event planners and organisers can explore exhibition design approaches and energy management through real case studies at the event, whilst travellers and the general public can visit and try out the living innovations on the stated dates and at the venue.
