Big Bad Wolf Books 2026 Book Festival in Bangkok Closes 18 Oct with Up to 95% Off

Big Bad Wolf Books 2026, the book festival in Bangkok marking its 10th consecutive year in Thailand, is open with free admission at PLATINUM POP, opposite CentralWorld on the G and M floors, from 10.00 to 22.00, and is set to close on Sunday, 18 October 2026. Before time runs out, the organisers are inviting readers to spend the final weekend browsing and choosing books as gifts for someone special, with book discounts of up to 95% and Clearance books starting from just 20 baht.

Ideas for Choosing Books as Gifts to Suit Everyone

For parents or older relatives looking for gifts for children, picture books, English storybooks, skill-building books and Pop-Up activity books are fun options that help foster a love of reading from an early age. For friends who already enjoy reading, visitors may choose detective fiction, romance stories, contemporary literature or classic literature, and for dedicated book collectors, there are beautifully designed hardcover editions and special editions to choose from.

Those who appreciate art, fashion, architecture or home decor will find beautifully illustrated Coffee Table Books that can be displayed in a favourite corner. Meanwhile, true fans of favourite films, series and artists such as Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, The Beatles, BTS and Taylor Swift can look for behind-the-scenes books and collectible items. And do not forget to set aside time to choose a self-development book, cookbook or travel book for yourself as well.

The YOU GIVE ONE. WE GIVE ONE. Initiative Passes On Books to Help Flood Victims

In addition to buying books as gifts, Big Bad Wolf Books also invites attendees to pass on opportunities through the YOU GIVE ONE. WE GIVE ONE. initiative. Simply purchase 1 book at the event to donate, and the organisers will contribute 1 additional book to pass on to people affected by flooding, through a collaboration with the Doing Good Foundation by Panadda Wongphudee.

This news is of interest to members of the public looking for gifts or a place to visit over the final weekend, as well as event organisers and hotel professionals who wish to recommend a festival activity in Bangkok to their guests or clients at the end of this week.
